Brian Westbrook, Sr. is a passionate student athlete advocate, educator, football coach, mentor, graphic designer, photographer, and videographer dedicated to helping young people discover their potential both on and off the field. Through sports, education, creativity, and mentorship, Brian works to provide student athletes with the guidance, resources, confidence, and knowledge they need to pursue their academic, athletic, and personal goals.

Brian currently serves as a Business and CTE Educator at Marshall High School Hamilton Campus, where he works to prepare students for life beyond the classroom through career exploration, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, workplace skills, and hands on business experiences. He also serves as a Varsity Running Back Coach at Lakota West High School, where he leads The RB Factory and focuses on developing not only better football players, but disciplined, accountable, and confident young men.

Before building his businesses and expanding his work as an advocate, Brian spent 20 years coaching and mentoring youth and student athletes through organizations including the West End Wildcats, Hughes STEM High School, Cincinnati Christian University, Princeton High School, and Lakota West High School. His experiences coaching at multiple levels have given him a unique understanding of the challenges student athletes face when balancing athletics, academics, recruiting, personal development, and life.

Today, Brian uses that experience through his work with Get Everything U, LLC and the Get Everything U Foundation, helping student athletes and families navigate the path toward reaching their educational and athletic goals. His approach goes beyond simply helping athletes get noticed. He emphasizes preparation, education, personal branding, communication, character, and making informed decisions about their future.

Brian is also a freelance graphic designer, photographer, and videographer, using his creative skills to help athletes, coaches, teams, schools, businesses, and organizations tell their stories and build their brands. His passion for sports and visual storytelling has allowed him to combine his coaching background with his creativity to create meaningful opportunities for others.

Outside of his professional work, Brian is a husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jasmine, and their children Alexis, Na'mir, Elias, and Brian Jr., as well as his granddaughter, Amia. He also enjoys playing video games and collecting sports cards.

At the heart of everything Brian does is a simple belief: success is not just about what you accomplish, it is about who you help along the way. Whether he is teaching in a classroom, coaching on the field, mentoring a student athlete, creating a graphic, capturing a moment through photography, or helping a family navigate the next step, Brian is committed to helping young people maximize their potential and become the best version of themselves.
