Mike Chaney

2024 13U National Assistant Coach

Mike Chaney grew up in West Chester and attended Lakota High School where he was a standout multi-sport athlete.

Mike enjoyed a stellar college baseball career at Bowling Green State University as a left-handed pitcher. He was a 16th-round selection of the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 1996 MLB June Amateur Draft. This led to a five-year professional baseball career.  

Mike has held roles of head coach and assistant coach in the Ohio Nationals organization over the past five years.

He lives in Mason with his wife, Jennifer, and their two sons, Connor and Corbin.
