PF Flyers 14U gets first tournament win of 2026

The PF Flyers 14U team earned its first tournament win of 2026, going 4-0 to win the Aces of the Diamond tournament the first weekend of May.

The Flyers trailed 6-4 heading into the sixth inning of the championship game against the Harrison Heat before erupting for a seven-run barrage.

Garrett White started the rally with a double. Back to back Flyers reached on an error before Chase Cullen singled to tie the game at 6-6.

After two walks, Nolan White hit a sacrifice fly to put the Flyers up 8-6. Ephrem Streit capped the rally with a three-run double.

Garrett White allowed one run in the bottom of the sixth but struck out the final batter to seal the win.

The Flyers started the tournament with a 15-5 win. Cullen was 2-for-4 with a run and five RBI.

The Flyers won the second pool play game 7-1. Nolan White pitched six shutout innings, allowing three hits and four walks while striking out five. Garrett White went 3-for-4 with a double, a triple, two runs scored and two RBI.

In the semifinal, the Flyers used a three-run second inning to take a 5-2 lead. Nolan White had a two-run single. Streit followed it up with an RBI single one out later.

Jamesom Winialski pitched the final three innings. He did not allow an earned run. The Flyers held on for a 7-4 win, sending them to the championship.

The Flyers are now 9-9-2.
